Policies
Booking
You can request a tattoo appointment by clicking my “Book Now” button, or by visiting my bio.site and selecting “Tattoo Forms”.
Rescheduling
You are able to reschedule your appointment through me, or through my booking site on Fresha. if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred with your new appointment.
If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your appointment at any time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of your original quoted amount as a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
No-Shows will be charged up to the full remaining amount of their lowest quoted amount 15 minutes after their appointment time. Should there be more than one no-show, I will no longer be able to have you as a client. :(
Not Feeling Well?
If you are sick or are experiencing any symptoms, please let me know as soon as possible.
If we reschedule your appointment due to an illness, your deposit will be transferred with your appointment.
If I am sick or experiencing symptoms, I will reach out to you as soon as possible. I do my best to get you back on my books at the soonest possible opening.
Guests
I am 100% okay with you bringing along friends, spouses, or other family members!
I do have a smaller studio space so please limit any additional guests to 4 max.
Please inform me ahead of time if you will be bringing anyone under the age of 8.
Payments
I accept most of the major forms of payment listed below in order of preference: Cash, Venmo, Card (3% fee)
Starting 3/1/2023, all card transactions will be charged a 3% fee to cover processing charges.
I do not carry change for cash payments

Deposits
A 25% deposit is due at booking to confirm your appointment. Deposits need to be paid within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit goes unpaid before your appointment, I do reserve the right to open the appointment slot for another client.
On Deals and Flash pieces, the deposit is increased to 50% of your quote.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Fees
Cancellation and No-Show fees are both non-refundable and will not go towards any future appointments.
Weather
Utah weather can be very unpredictable, if weather prevents either you or myself from safely getting to the appointment there will be no penalty to reschedule - your deposit will transfer with your appointment.
Group Appointments
I can accommodate groups of up to 5 people. Please leave a note in your request form under the tattoo details section if you will be part of a group. This will allow me to book enough time and include all other names in your group. This will allow me to schedule enough time for all of you!
Tattoo
Client Eligibility
Cannot be pregnant or nursing
Must be 18 years of age or older with a government issued ID. I do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
Provide a Doctor’s note if you have any blood clotting disorders or diabetes prior to your appointment
Please disclose if you have any blood borne illnesses such as hepatitis or HIV prior to your appointment.
I am unable to tattoo you if you show up to your appointment after recently consuming alcohol or THC.
You must wait at least 6 months after being on Accutane.
Touch Ups on My Work
I am a very light-handed artist. I would much rather have you come back for a touch up due to fading or fall-out than to leave you with a blown-out piece of sadness. Due to this, some of my work does require a touch up!
I offer a free touch up on each tattoo, these can be scheduled after a minimum of 3 weeks from your original appointment.
If for any reason - such as lack of aftercare or carelessness - you need an additional touch-up on your tattoo, I will need to charge at least 50% of your original tattoo quote - a minimum amount of $30 - to cover the cost of materials..
Depending on the area tattooed, I will let you know in advance if more than one touch up could be expected.
Cover Ups
For the time being, I am willing to touch up work done by another artist.
This will be done on a case-by-case basis, if you are looking to get something touched up or reworked:
Submit a booking request with photos of your current tattoo - lighting and angles of the photos are crucial.
Include an explanation of how you would like it reworked - ideas, inspo, if I have creative freedom on the piece, or if you just want the line work touched up.
I will consider:
Touching up lined pieces
Adding on to existing tattoos that fit my style and expertise
Touch up pricing will not differ from my regular pricing scale.
I will not be taking on larger tattoos or anything that needs excessive shading.
Colors
I’m a sucker for a nice black ink tattoo.
BUT, I will work in various colors in the following ways:
Colored line work & script
Solid fill on smaller pieces
’Pops’ of different colors in a single piece
Simple shading
I do not offer full color pieces.
Appointment Prep
Moisturize! Hydrated skin is easier to tattoo and yields better results and quicker healing.
Stay hydrated! Be sure to drink plenty of water on the days prior to your appointment. You will also need to avoid drinking alcohol for at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Eat within 2 hours of your appointment.
Plan what you wear around where you’ll be getting tattooed. choose loose clothing that won’t rub against your tattoo.
Aftercare
Keep your second skin on for 3-5 days. It is a waterproof bandage, so you will be able to shower. When taking it off, use warm water and/or mild soap to assist with removal.
Once removed, wash the area with an antibacterial soap and warm water 2-3 times a day, patting the skin dry with a clean towel. Apply a thin layer of unscented lotion or balm to the tattoo after washing and as needed throughout the day. I recommend Mad Rabbit Tattoo Balm, Hustle Butter, or Lubriderm.
For 2 weeks after removing your second skin:
Avoid exfoliating the area.
Do not submerge your tattoo in water (baths, pools, hot tubs, oceans, etc) or expose to excessive heat (saunas).
Avoid excessive exercise that may cause the area to heat up and sweat.
Apply sunscreen any time the area is exposed to the sun.
Do not use a tanning bed. EVER.

I am always interested in other ideas and things out of my “comfort zone”. Some of my favorite pieces have come from them!
Please reach out with any ideas you have. I’m always honest if it’s something out of my line of work, I’d much rather have you get it from an artist who specializes in your design ideas!
What don’t I tattoo?
I will not tattoo the following places:
Faces (other than freckles)
Heads
Palms/between fingers
Feet
Private areas/parts
Underarms
Ribs
Lips/Mouth
Eyes
I will not tattoo any vulgar, inappropriate, or offensive designs.
